A certified Phlebotomy Technician may draw blood collect lab specimen from patients for analysis, obtain vital signs, verify records and prepare specimen for laboratory analysis

Must be 18 years and above and at least have WAEC or NECO certificate

No. Being a certified Phlebotomist requires a WAEC or NECO certificate
